If you’d like to try being active with your family, please come to one of our Active Parents Active Kids events in Lausanne. You don’t need to pay, but registration is recommended. If it’s your first time, please arrive on time so one of our volunteers can welcome you and show you what to do. See our full list of events.

At each event you have the chance to try a different sport or activity. You don’t need to bring any special equipment, just wear light sports clothing and trainers that won’t mark the floor. Bring a bottle of water for each member of your family (ideally labelled with a name) and some hand disinfectant.
