The course
Cheerleading is a mixed sport, combining human pyramids and floor gymnastics!
At our next event, we’re offering you the chance to try cheerleading with the Lausanne Angels.
All families with a child age 4 to 11 are welcome to come and have a go – no special skills needed, no particular fitness level expected.
Attendance is free of charge. Registration is essential.
The important stuff
It is recommended to do the session in indoor sports shoes. You’ll need a bottle of water. Please put your name on it.
Our only rule
Be prepared to have a go! All our activities are designed for a child with an adult (or 1 child + 2 adults; or 1 adult + 3 children; or 3 adults + 1 child; but never just the little people…)
How to book
To book places for you and your family, please sign up as a member of Active Parents Active Kids – it’s free and easy to join! Membership will allow you to book places at our free parent-child Sunday afternoon sports courses in Lausanne.
Once you have signed up as a member, create a username and password so that you can register every member of your family in the ‘Manage my family’ section of the members’ area. Then it’s easy to sign up for all our events, in the ‘Register the family’ section.
Numbers at our free courses are limited and the sessions are usually fully booked. If at any time you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your places in the members’ area or send an email to info@activeparentsactivekids.org so we can give your places to another family on the waiting list.

Lausanne Angels Cheerleaders is a competitive cheerleading club, training in Renens, from 5 years old, all levels. No experience is required, no special talent either, just motivation!
Whatever your team, you’ll see that at Angels, they’ll help every athlete express their full potential in sport and beyond, through Angels values and unique experiences!
If you’re new to the sport, come and try it once, you won’t regret it! If nothing else, you’ll have discovered an original sport! Let’s get started!

Later this year, your Active Parents Active Kids membership will also give you access to Active Parents Active Kids Partner events – free and low cost sports courses for families in gyms, clubs, training centres and swimming pools in Lausanne and Vaud – as well as Active Parents Active Kids Extra events – paid classes, where families will be able to continue with the same sport for several sessions in a small group.
