Martial Taekwondo is a way of life. It is practised out of passion. The philosophy of Martial Taekwondo comes from traditional Korean culture. Respect for fundamental principles and moral and martial values is part of this tradition.
Practising Martial Taekwondo is also about finding your ideal personality. The richness and technical diversity of Taekwondo means that everyone can find their own way. The many forms of Taekwondo are there to help each person fulfil their potential.
All families with a child age 6 to 11 are welcome to come and have a go – no special skills needed, no particular fitness level expected.
Attendance is free of charge. Registration is essential.
The important stuff
It is recommended to do the session in indoor sports shoes. You’ll need a bottle of water. Please put your name on it.
Our only rule
Be prepared to have a go! All our activities are designed for a child with an adult (or 1 child + 2 adults; or 1 adult + 3 children; or 3 adults + 1 child; but never just the little people…)
How to book
To reserve places for you and your family, please follow these four simple steps:

Next time, you will be able to sign up everybody with just one click per person!
Our partner for this event
The Real Taekwondo is an apprenticeship that never stops. You can practise this martial art throughout your life. The principles of our school, The Real Taekwondo, are here to help you do just that.
The school was founded by Bruno Dias in 2004 with the aim of making Taekwondo accessible to everyone. The school currently has 100 members. Classes for children start from the age of 4. Adults can start at any age.
